Metal coming to life
From an unknown future, a sentient entity with robotic components and humanoid features emerges from the wall into our time: its intentions are unknown, as is its identity.
Robot One, the first work by Esa Genius, is hand-drawn and digitally sculpted from PLA using 3D printing techniques. It is anchored to a sandwich structure, inside which are strips of LEDs. The work is attached to the structure by means of high-strength magnets.
Robot One is not just a sculpture, but a marriage of creativity and engineering.
